Roger A. Nutt, P.E., Owner, TNC Engineering, LLC, has been creating site plans in the Upstate of South Carolina for nearly 25 years.  Roger is a registered Professional Engineer in South Carolina and Georgia and specializes in site design, sewer and water design, sediment and erosion control permitting and storm water management.

Roger is heavily involved in community service and understands the important role that development plays in our economy. He recently served on the Spartanburg HBA executive board and served for 15 years on the Spartanburg County Building Code Board of appeals – 10 years as Chairman. Roger has recently served on the regulatory committee for the Spartanburg HBA and has worked as a member of the Regulatory and Legislative Policy Committee for Western Carolina Regional Sewer Authority’s 20-Year Strategic Plan.  Roger served as a member of the SJWD Water Commission for (3) years and has been a member of the International Erosion Control Association.
